It often happens that the jetty of a wharf is struck by a ship. The determination of the deflection of the struck pile is important in technical indentification of accidents. This paper describes the principle, instruments, and method, used in the measurement of the deflection of a steel pipe pile with slope measuring method under water after it was struck by a ship on a jetty of Ningbo Beilun wharf, and the results and error estimation are presented. Practice shows that this method is effective in the sea area, where it is windy and wavy, with big changes in tides and bad visibility under water. It is of universal significance to the measurement of the deflection of the slant steel pipe pile struck by the ship in other water areas.

码头引桥受船舶撞击的事故屡有发生。受撞钢管桩挠曲变形的确定,是事故技术鉴定的重要内容之一。本文介绍了宁波北仑码头引桥铜管桩受船舶撞击后,用测斜法在水下量测其挠曲变形的原理、仪器、方法、结果及误差估计。实践证明,本文方法对于风浪很大、潮汐变化剧烈和水下能见度极低的海域是有效的,对于其他水域的受撞钢管斜桩的水下挠曲变形的量测也具有普遍意义。

In this paper, the sampling error on the mean of annual suspended sediment discharge for the Yichang station on the Yangtze River has been estimated by use of the hydrologic stochastic simulation, and the variation ranges of the mean have been analysed by other three methods. The results show that the annual average sediment discharge for the Yichang Station is stable.

本文应用水文随机模拟方法,对长江宜昌站年悬移质输沙量均值进行了抽样误差估计,并用其它三种方法分析了均值的变化范围.结果表明,宜昌站多年平均输沙量是较稳定的.
