In addition to that the quantity of pilot diesel is also a strong fact effects NOx emission. As expected, as λ increases, NOx reduces. However, emissions of CO and HC increase and burning rate become lower as λ increases, keeping pilot diesel constant. The technology of optimzation of λ is presented, including control strategy of λ in skip fire, gas and diesel injections, which shows the potential in reduction of exhaust emissions of a HCCL-combustion process.

本文采用天然气气口顺序喷射、柴油引燃方式实现了基于天然气的准均质压燃着火燃烧过程(QHCCI),本文研 究了气口喷射天然气/空气过量空气系数(λ)QHCCI对燃烧过程的影响,分析了各种排放产物及燃油经济性同过量空气 系数(λ)、停缸数和引燃柴油量的关系。通过燃烧优化,发动机NOx、颗粒和NMHC排放均达到了欧Ⅱ排放指标。

本文介绍在一台光学发动机上,利用高速数字摄像和数据采集技术,对柴油引燃天然气双燃料发动机的着火、火焰传播、气缸内压力、压力升高率等变化规律进行的研究。结果表明,采用双燃料的燃烧方式具有明显的多点着火型的预混燃烧特点,与采用纯柴油的燃烧方式相比,燃烧持续期短、产生的碳烟少,但爆发压力高、压力升高率大。
