调查与试验结果表明,4℃左右的低温可将移栽到田间的具有的2~4片真叶的育苗甜菜叶片冻伤,—98℃低温的冻死率可达71.3~100%.冻害程度除受移栽田的地势等因素影响外,还与移栽甜菜幼苗的大小和是否健壮、栽植质量和是否缓苗以及低温持续的时间有关.为防止育苗甜菜栽后冻害或减轻受冻程度,应在培育健壮的幼苗和确保栽植质量的基础上,采取适期适地栽植、防风垅和冻前田间熏烟、盖纸压土、栽时预埋等以预防为主,综合防护的措施.

我国水稻种植机械化体系中的主要技术环节--育秧和插秧,历来是攻关的难点之一。本文试图从这项研究的现状、环境、条件以及学科交叉等方面,叙述它们这间的相互关系;同时对于影响机械栽植质量特性的有关部件机理因子,作出了初步分析。

The new structure of the transplanter with chute was described. The basic requirements of the seedling aid springs performance were put forward. The fundamental structure and working principle of the device with seedling aid springs were analysed. The designing method was summed up. The test results show that the transplanter with seedling aid springs is always able to guarantee the stability of planted seedlings and the wonderful performance of planting, to increase the adaptability to random fluctuation...

The new structure of the transplanter with chute was described. The basic requirements of the seedling aid springs performance were put forward. The fundamental structure and working principle of the device with seedling aid springs were analysed. The designing method was summed up. The test results show that the transplanter with seedling aid springs is always able to guarantee the stability of planted seedlings and the wonderful performance of planting, to increase the adaptability to random fluctuation of soil and seedlings, and to make the rate of good and excellent planted seedlings 100 % and 87.3 % respectively(verticality over 30° and 70°). Thus, this machine can reduce the dependence of planting quality on the adjustment of working parts, and provide the convenience for the transplanter users.

介绍了导苗管式栽植机改进部分的结构和整机形式,提出并阐述了栅条式扶苗器的基本要求、基本结构和工作原理,给出了栅条式扶苗器的设计计算方法。试验结果表明,导苗管式栽植机设置扶苗装置是稳定和提高栽植性能的技术关键,大大加强了栽植机对土壤和秧苗条件随机变化的适应性,使秧苗直立度合格率达到100%,优良率达到87.3%,从而减小了栽植质量对工作部件调整的依赖性,方便了机具的使用。
