The data indicate that the women employment in Shenzhen ischaracterized by its high percentage and high strata. 本文用新的肥胖指标──锥削度指数(简称C指数)评价了1557名女性职工c指数与血压的关系。按C指数4等份,临界与确诊高血压的检出率显著增高(4组OR值依次为1.00、1.10、1.51和2.27;P<0.01)。C指数与血压水平间显著相关(它与收缩压、舒张压的相关系数分别为0.20和0.ll,两者P值均小于0.001)。经多元统计调整年龄后,它与舒张压的显著性消失,而与收缩压水平显著相关(r=0.13,P<0.001)。进一步调整体质指数(BMI)或腰/臀比(WHR)后,统计显著性仍存在(P<0.01)。再同时调整年龄、BMI与WHR后,C指数与收缩压依然有统计学意义(P<0.0l)。表明C指数与收缩压的联系是独立于BMI和或WHR的;提示C指数是从另一方面(即不依赖于相对体重和上身性肥胖)反映肥胖特征。

目的 分析抽样人群有关适宜运动促进健康的认知对其日常体力活动行为的影响 ,探讨相应的健康教育对策。方法 整体抽样 1 80名医院女性职工 ,采用问卷调查有关体力活动影响健康、适宜健身运动量的认知和日常体力活动量。结果 多数被调查对象明确认识到适宜的运动量可以促进健康。但被调查对象在工作中体力活动较少的情况下 ,业余运动锻炼的参与程度不够。其中 4 0 -60岁组的认知水平较青年组高 ,每周运动次数和每次运动时间也较青年组多。结论 调查对象有关运动健身的知识不能完全落实在自身行动上。建议在行为调整上给以技术指导 ,如合理安排运动锻炼时间和有关运动量控制的方法 ,加强青年人群运动促进健康的教育
