Objective] This study was to test lymphocyte subset to explore the adverse effect of low level long term lead exposure on immune system. [Methods] FAC was used to test lymphocyte subset and ELISA to test IgE. 44 lead exposed workers and 34 controls were examined. Test items included:CD3,CD4,CD8,CD45RO,CD19,HLADR,IgE. Test items included profile of mood states, simple reaction time, digit span, Santa Anna manual dexterity, digit symbol, Benton visual retention and pursuit aiming test. Results showed that confusion-bewilderment, tension-anxiety, fatigue-inertia scores increased in lead exposed workers compared with control group. There was significant difference in simple reaction time, digit symbol and pursuit aiming between two groups, suggesting that lead-exposure affects negative mood, reaction speed, operation speed and accuracy, and psychology motive function.

目的 通过神经行为功能测试 ,评价低水平铅接触对作业工人神经系统的影响。方法 采用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试组合 (NCTB)对 44名铅作业工人和 34名对照进行测试 ,测试项目包括 :情感状态、简单反应时、数字广度、提转捷度、数字译码、视觉保留、目标追踪。结果 铅作业工人有困惑—迷茫、疲惫—惰性、紧张—焦虑增加 ,简单反应时平均值、数字译码、打点总数、正确打点数 ,两组有显著差异。结论 铅接触影响消极情感、视觉反应速度、操作敏捷度和心理运动功能
