Theresult shows the dependence of frequency and spectral width upon iodine pressure, modulation amplitude and output power of lasers. The spectral widths are measured by means of third harmonic locking technique. The dependence of frequency relations on pressure and modulation amplitude is similar with other laboratories. The power shift coefficients are different for various lasers. When the line widths of two lasers are nearly the same, the frequency difference between them will be within ? kHz. In this case, iodine pressure and modulation amplitude are 17.5 Pa and 6 MHz respectively. The results have been analysed and discussed.
