砂带的磨削性能对被加工材料的磨削质量和磨削效率有很大影响。虽然砂带磨削应用日益广泛,但是很多实际应用中,对砂带的磨削性能的不了解和磨削用量的选择不当常常导致磨削效率下降和砂带寿命的缩短,为解决这一问题,需要通过试验方法分析各个因素对砂带磨削性能的影响。目前国内针对砂带磨削性能分析的设备和方法都不成熟,为此,本文讨论一种科学、实用和高效的测试砂带磨削性能的实验方法,以及相应的多功能的砂带磨削试验设备,对了解分析带磨削性能和指导生产实践有重大意义。
