According to concrete cracks in this paper the c ausing reasons are analyzed from three aspects: shrinkage cracks, temperature cr acks and uneven settlement. Furthermore corresponding prevention and treatment m easures are proposed.
According to the cracks caused by temperature change, shrinkage, uneven settlement and other aspects discussion is made; at the same time preventive measures are proposed.
According to reasons inducing cracks of block structure,it analyzes from loading crack、non-uniform sedimentation crack、temperature and desiccation crack,and puts forward specific control measures to improve reliability of house.
The article describes the types of the concrete cracks and summarizes the reasons for the concrete cracks in respect of shrinkage cracks,temperature cracks and differential settlement cracks. The article also recommends some measures and methods to control the concrete cracks from the viewpoint of design,materials,construction and maintenance.
From analysis to site experiments and calculation, it is believed that crack breaking is mainly caused by factors as follows: 1 、 Unqualified sedimentation and losing stabilization of the roadbedinduced crack in the early;
there is a dangerous building of brick and reinforced concrete combination construction,of which the total settlement and ratio of gradient come to a large amount.The rigidity of its foundation and main structure is insufficient as well as its entirety and intensity strength.A great number of cracks caused by the differential settlement can by found.The technology of rectification,in which digging sands under the building's foundation base and vibrating in the middle of the sand mat base is applied,It is si...
Firstly common cracks of Reinforced Concrete(RC) structures were classified, secondly factors causing various cracks were carefully analysed, thirdly examples were put forward in order to illustrate these crack performances on different structures, fourthly methods and bases are used to judge whether the cracks are dangerous or not were put forwards, and finally all possible measures preventing cracks were given out.
By testing and analyzing the cracks on bearing walls, columns, and the ground of a building, we found that load-bearing capacity shortage in some structural elements and uneven settlement resulting from expansive soil upon which the building foundation was directly constructed were the main reason of cracking. To solve this problem, a set of simple, economical and practical methods for consolidations were put forward.
