The prevalence rate had no difference in distribution between urban-rural, among different age groups, sex and nations(χ2=0.11~1.85,P=0.739-0.173). The low family income was related to high prevalence significantly ( tendency χ2=4.70,P=0.030 ).
[Methods]To test HBsAg,Anti-HBs,HBeAg,Anti-HBe and Anti-HBc for 11 076 students by ELISA from September to October,2004.[Results]HBsAg's positive rate was 4.74%,and the difference between town and country (P>0.05) had no statistic significance,but the differences between boys and girls, junior high school and senior high school (P<0.01) had statistic significance.
Based on the statistic and information from the 5th population census, this paper proves the relation between consumption and population structure, including structure of age, sex, family and the difference between town and country, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
