The M_s temperature and the yield strength of austenite have been measured for 5 various Fe-Ni-C alloys. The solution strengthening of austenite at M_s temperature can be expressed as: σ_(0·2)(M_s)=25.9+3410x_c+567x_(Ni) MPa, and the effect of C and Ni content on M_s temperature can be shown as: M_s (K)=829-8650x_c-1766x_(Ni·) The linear relationship between M_s temperature and σ_(0·2)(M_s) can be written as: σ(0·2)(M_s)=210-0.323M_s(℃) MPa. These equations indicate that the solution strengthening of austenite at M_s temperature acts as the resistance of martensitic transformation and the linear relation exists not only between σ0·2(M_s) and M_s, but also σ_(0·2)(M_s) and the driving force for martensitic transformation. Since the substructure of martensite depends on the Ni and C content in alloys, a schematic sketch showing the effect of σ_(0·2)(M_s) on the morphology of martensite in Fe-Ni-C alloys is developed through the work of Magee and Davies. Based on this view, the relationship between σ_(0·2)(M_s) and the critical resolved shear stress may be sketched which interpret the formation of dislocation and twinned martensite.

The dynamic recyrstallizatlon behavior of austenite was investigated in 20SiMn steel with and without microcontent of titanium. Tension tests under constant strain rate were conducted at the temperature ranging 950℃-1225℃. The dynamic recrystallization starting time(R_(?)) was determined at a constant strain rate of 1×10~(-2s-1). Dynamic recrystallization-time-temperature (RTT) curves were calculated from the data of peak strain.

The prediction of geometric features of surface crack growth under quasi static loading is recognized as one of the attractive projects in LBB assessment. Since the current fracture criteria do not take the variation of actual fracture resistance in the front of surface crack into account, the simulating calculations could not predict the true geometric features of surface crack growth under quasi static loading very well. In this paper, a new fracture criterion of variable resistance, which will take actual fracture resistance under different stress state into account, is firstly proposed by the authors. Then, the geometric features of surface crack growth under quasi static loading are predicted with 3 D finite element simulation. Moreover, the various parameters during crack growth process are calculated simultaneously. The calculated results are in good agreement with experimental values obtained from multi specimen testing.

由于现有断裂准则未能考虑表面裂纹前沿各点实际断裂阻力的变化,所作的表面裂纹准静态扩展模拟计算不能很好地预测几何形貌的真实变化规律。本文提出了一个考虑应力状态不同对实际断裂阻力影响的变阻力断裂准则;并以该准则作为表面裂纹前沿局部断裂扩展的判据,通过三维有限元法进行了表面裂纹准静态扩展的模拟计算;还将模拟预测值与用多试件法测得的实验值进行比较,验证了变阻力断裂准则作为裂纹稳态扩展判据的有效性
