In the proceed of maize alcohol,the influence of the temperature,pH,the quantity of the yeast and the time of fermentation were determined when the temperature tolerant active dry yeast was used in the experiment. The orthogonal experiment was followed. The optimum conditions of fermentation were gained:fermentation temperature si 37℃,pH of the liquid is5.0,the quantity of the yeast is 1.2‰ and the time of fermentation is 48h.
In the production of maize alcohol,Use angel temperature tolerant active dry yeast (TH-AADY)in stead of original yeast can increased the yield of liquor and decreased the consumption of raw materials by 1 9% to every ton alcohol,It can reduced the cost of production and got a good economy benefit
During that, 207 tons of high-temperature-tolerant I-ADY for alcohol production was manufactured with a high quality,indicating that the technology was excellent and advanced.
