采用 MA 技术贮藏中熟苹果金冠(Golden Delicious)和元帅(Delicious),可大幅度的降低贮藏环境中的 O_2分压并提高 CO_2分压,使催熟激素乙烯的生成受到强烈抑制,内源乙烯含量由231.6 PPM 下降至98.9PPM,外部乙烯浓度降低一倍左右。MA 环境可使果实的呼吸速率降低约40%,后熟作用受到明显抑制,贮藏寿命延长30-40天。经 MA 处理的果实,果肉硬度比对照组高1-2磅/cm~2,好果率、果肉含水量、滴定酸等皆高于对照,果品品质得到明显改善。
