 Objective:To prepare compound tinidazole gargle, to establish method of content determination and to investigate drug stability. Method:Maximal wavelength and dualwavelength point spectrophotometries were used to determine the contonts of tinidazole and chlorhexidine acetate respectively. The stability was studied by accelerated test process. Results:Regression equation of tinidazole was C =0.039 68+27.491 A , r =0.999 9. Regression equation of chlorhexidine acetate was C =0.062 47+ 50.454 8△ A , r =0.999... There was no distinct fall in content under three different temperatures. Conclusion:The preparation is easy to preare and to determine,and with good stability.  目的 :制备复方替硝唑含漱液 ,建立其含量测定方法并进行稳定性研究。方法 :采用最大吸收波长法测定替硝唑的含量 ,用双波长等吸收点法测定醋酸氯己定的含量 ,恒温加速试验法考察稳定性。结果 :替硝唑回归方程为C =0 .0 3 968+ 2 7.491A ,r=0 .9999,醋酸氯己定回归方程为C =0 .0 62 47+ 5 0 .45 48△A ,r=0 .99999,精密度和回收率良好 ,置 65℃ (96h) ,70℃ (72h) ,75℃ (4 8h)恒温水浴中加热 ,含量无明显下降。结论 :复方替硝唑含嗽液制备方法简单 ,含量测定方法简便且稳定性好。  Objective:To establish an UV method for determination of timidazole and dycloni ni hydrochloridum in its compound solution.Methods:Ultraviolet spectrometry.The K—ratio spectrometry method and double wavelength spectrometry were used.Results:The linear ranges of timidazole and dyclonini hydrochloridum were 4～20μg·ml~(1)(r=0.9999) and 4～20μg·ml~(1) (r=0.9999).The average recovery were 100.4%,RSD=0.66% and 100.7%,RSD=0.64% (n=5).Conclusions:This method is simple convenient and accurate,and can be use for the...
