本文以4110型柴油机曲轴为对象,在不用冒口的条件下做了生产性试验,所采用的措施是:高刚度的干型;坚固的砂箱和锁紧装置;同时凝固的原则及接近共晶成分的铁水。试验中获得了显著的成效,主要表现在:中心缩松完全消除;曲轴本身的机械性能大大提高,特别是无缺口冲击值可成倍地提高;铸件成品率可接近80%。曲轴的尺寸在干型中是缩小的,但在湿型中却往往是胀大的,因此当采用湿型时,通常把缩尺取为1%的做法是不恰当的。中型曲轴用干型来生产是比较合适的。

This paper gives the experimental results of tin and manganese additions in pearlitic nodular cast iron and discusses the effects of tin and manganese additions on the structure and mechanical properties of nodular cast iron in both as-cast and heat-treated states. The mechanism of tin addition is briefly described. The chemical composition and the production process are suggested for type 290 diesel engine crankshaft in accordance with the mechanical properties of grade QT70-2-1.5.

The reliability of nodular-iron crank shaft castings manufactured form pig iron with an average phosphorous content of 0.13% is discussed. By means of isothermal quenching, the mechanical properties of the crank shaft of diesel-engine 195 are found to meet all technical requirements and neither fracture nor tearing has so far been detected after over 1500 hours' field test. The wear resistance of the shafts is a little better than that of the shafts made from Bench low-phosphorous iron.

本文论述了用含磷量0.13%的生铁生产195型柴油机球墨铸铁曲轴的可靠性.通过等温淬火处理,可满足195柴油机曲轴对机械性能的要求,经1500小时以上田间试验,没有发生断裂现象,耐磨性比用本溪低磷生铁生产的195柴油机曲轴稍好.另外,还介绍了高磷球墨铸铁的断裂韧度.
