In this thesis,analysis has been presented about the gearing efficiency and the planetary beanngs ef-ficiency in planetary gearsing with inner planet gears. A conclustion has ben reasoned out:efficiency re-duces with the increment of transmlssion ratio;gear box iocks itself when transmssion ratio meets some con-dition. It has been known by foree analysis that the number of inner gears should be no less than three andgearing force on each inner gear changes cyclically

本文研究了内齿行星齿轮传动的啮合效率和转臂轴承的效率,得出的结论是:该传动的效率很高;效率随传动比的增大而减小;传动比大于一定值时,逆向传动将自锁。通过受力分析可知,内齿轮的数目不能少于三个,每块内齿轮上的啮合力是周期性变化的。

This paper deals with the driving principle the kinematic and kinetic analysisof the epicyclic gear drive with internal teeth and the transient engagement phase differ-ence of the nepicyclic gears with internal teeth.The computation formulaes are also de-rived for the transmitting ratio and the carrier bearing action force as well as the maxi-mum supporting cation force. And the action force variation curve of the carrier eccen-tric bearing was drawn.

Beginning with the force analysis of the planet internal gear, this paper reveals the problen about principled load unbal-ance that exists in planct gearing with planet internal gear, and brings forward the coefficient of principled load unbalance.The conclusions of this paper possess important significance of guidance to analysis and design of guidance to analysis and de-sign of planet gearng with planet internal gear.

从内齿环板的受力分析入手,揭示了内齿行星齿轮传动中存在的原理性载荷不均匀的问题,并推导出原理性载荷不均匀系数。本文的结论对内齿行星齿轮传动的分析和设计具有重要的指导意义。
