Citing some concrete examples of teaching in point , this article discusses the problem about how to strengthen a-bility training in speciality teaching from three approaches, a) how to give full play to students' learning initiative in speciatity teaching; b ) how to adjust the content of texts in order to create favourable condi-tions for developing students' ability; c) how to let teaching play a leading role in shengthening the training of students' ability.

In particular, the polynomial ring will be presented in such a way that they offer to the students concrete examples for integral domains as well as for the theory of factorization in them, (3) Specific nature of normal education at college level will de stressed. For example, the theory of number system will be included from this point of view.

本文提出了如下改革方案。将代数分成必修课、必选课和选修课三个层次。对于必修课,(1)将原有的高等代数(线性代数)与抽象代数揉合在一起,用代数公理化的思想和方法统一地处理群、环、域以及线性空间;(2)有计划有步骤地培乔学生的能力,特别,将多项式环作为一个具体整环与因子分解理论相结合;(3)体现高师的特点,例如,增加数系理论。
