    Porcine Clq was purified by the euglobulin precipitation method of yonemasu and the affinity chromatography method of Bing. Contaminating IgG was absorbed away with lyophilyzed staph,aureus Cowan I type. Such Clq preparations were shown to contain IgM-RF by heat-inactivation studies and SDS-PAGE analysis. Highly purified porcine IgM had RF actively as well. When it was used in the solid phase Eliza test to detect CIC, the sensitivity range was 10-1000ng HAG/ml. 38 normal sera had values of 2.06±1.52 ng HAG/ml...

Highly purified porcine IgM had RF actively as well. When it was used in the solid phase Eliza test to detect CIC, the sensitivity range was 10-1000ng HAG/ml. 38 normal sera had values of 2.06±1.52 ng HAG/ml (m±SD). Sera from 13 cases of SLE and 16 cases of RA had positive rates of 31% and 62.5% respectively (2 SD). The satisfactory results performance and cheapness of the pig blood are in favour of the use of porcine Clq in CIC assays.

    本文采用0.83%碘乙酰胺(CIA)化学灭活剂和热处理灭活方法,对黑木耳单株原生质体灭活,观察了化学灭活与不同温度热灭活的灭活效果。并通过对灭活原生质体与未经灭活处理的原生质体融合后再生产物分析、证明,不论化学灭活还是热灭活处理,只要筛选好灭活条件,作为黑木耳种内原生质体融合遗传标记是可行的。
