Experiments have been made with several decolorising resins. It has been found that among these resins 705 resin ( manufactured in Shanghai ) and Amberlite IRA- 900 resin ( manufactured in U. S. A. ) are the best. The former has higher decolorsing capacity and is highly resistant to fouling, while the latter has good selectivity. Combined application of these two resins in the syrup treatment gives a more complete decolorisation. This not only prolongs the life of the resin, but also reduces the consumption...

The regeneration of this resin can be achieved by using 4BV 0.5% NaOH+4% NaCl. protracted test shows that Amberlite IRA-900 resin has excellent stability.

实验中筛选出几种脱色树脂,以产于上海的705树脂和产于美国的Am-berlite IRA—900树脂最好.前者具有高脱色容量和强抗污染性,而后者则具有良好的选择性.两种树脂结合使用,脱色将更为完全,这样做不仅可延长树脂寿命,而且可降低再生剂的消耗.Amberlite IRA—900树脂工作流速可达10BV/hr,用4BV(0.5%NaOH+4%NaCl)再生.疲劳试验表明,IRA—900树脂具有良好的稳定性.经预处理的原糖糖浆,只需用这两种树脂中任何一种处理,即可制得优质糖.
