Single capillary pumped loop(CPL) is gradually applied in the field of space. However, thermal management technology of large-scale spacecraft is related to the problem how to harmonize multiple-loops couplings. An experimental system including multiple-loops with a CPL as the main loop is set up and various elements that have effect on operating temperature of single-phase water loop are analyzed. Temperature regulation of the single-phase water loops is verified by experiments. The results show that CPL can operate with other loops harmoniously and steadily when temperature of single-phase water loop is regulated under design conditions. On the one hand, the system to the temperature control of the controlled is validated indirectly; on the other, foundation is provided for engineering of CPL integration system and thermal coupling technology.

单个毛细抽吸两相流体回路(capillarypumpedloop,CPL)逐渐在航天领域得到了应用,然而,大型航天器热管理技术中涉及到包含CPL在内的多个流体回路耦合以及相互协调运行的问题。建立了一个以CPL为核心的多回路耦合实验系统,分析了影响单相水流体回路运行温度的各项因素;进行了系统对单相水流体回路的调温特性实验。结果表明,在设计条件下,对单相水流体回路进行调温的过程中,CPL能够与其他流体回路协调稳定地工作。一方面,间接地验证了系统对受控体的控温作用;另一方面,为CPL集成系统工程化及热耦合技术研究提供了相应的依据。

In this paper,a thermal-coupled distillation columns method for optimizing parameter is presented based on a hybrid model method,which fully uses the advantages of Aspen Plus' accurate simulation and neural network's brief calculation.The feasible range is obtained from the precise model simulation of Aspen Plus;the correlation between input and output variables is then modeled by neural network;and the optimization is done together with genetic algorithm.This method after optimized is used in the dethanizer...

针对非理想物系,提出了基于混合模型法的精馏塔热耦合参数优化方法,充分结合了Aspen软件对过程的准确模拟和神经元网络简洁计算的优点,首先获得参数寻优的可行域,然后利用遗传算法对目标函数进行全局寻优。将优化后的热耦合技术应用于中国石油吉林分公司脱乙烷塔与乙烯精馏塔,可节省能耗22.9%。该方法还可用于相关工业过程热耦合技术中。
