With test and producing for a long time,it is proved that 3Cr2W8V steel not only can be quenched with high frequency heating and water spraying but also possesses the advantages of conventional process,such as fine crystalline grain,high performance and specially good toughness.
Instead of medium-low temperature controlled rolling technology, it is possible to manu facture(10～100)mm×(1800～3800)mm×(4000～12000)mm steel plate from con-tinuous cast slab and mould cast ingot by adopting the newly developed technology of high temperature recrystallization rolling water spray accelerated cooling, strength, toughness and weldability of the steel attaining the world level.
The effect of Al(OH)3 additive and the mol mass number of the green silicon rubber on its hydrophobicity was investigated with Al(OH)3 additive amount of 50 g,80 g,110 g,140 g and 160 g(based 100 g rubber) using contact angle and water spray method. The result shows that optimal dosa of Al(OH)3 is 110 g.

An experimental study of the interaction of a fine water spray with liquid pool fires was performed.
Spatially resolved droplet size, velocity distributions, and volume flux of the fine water spray have been obtained in two types of pressure-atomized fine spray, using LDA/APV technology.
A method to correct for the presence of droplets is presented and used to determine the heat release rate using a cone calorimeter system, the effects of water spray application on the heat release rate for liquid pool fires were studied.
