The effective ways to realize the cooperation between production and teaching in Commerce & Trade major under non-contract based fostering model is to construct relatively perfect teaching system of practice so as to realize the full connection of teaching on theory and practice, stress on the cultivation of the win-win mechanism in which schools and enterprises cooperate with each other thus to realize the connection of school education and enterprise practice, promote professional certificate system and professional training to realize the connection of degree education and professional certificate system as well as continuing professional education.
