A conclusion can be drawn from the comparison made between the flow behaviors in forward-bent and of backward-bent impeller passages,i.e.the number of blades of the former should appropriately be more than that of the latter . It is supported by the calculation of momentum thickness of boundarylayer and performance tests made for two forward-bent impellers-one is of 12blades and the other 16 blades. Results indicated that the impeller of 16 blades is higher in both pressure and efficiency.

比较前弯和后弯叶轮流道中的流动结构得知,前弯叶轮的叶片数应适当多于后弯叶轮.计算了12个和16个叶片的两个前弯叶轮中的边界层动量厚度,并对该两叶轮进行性能试验,证实了适当增加前弯叶轮的叶片数可以提高叶轮的压力和效率。

A three-dimensional flow field calculation of the forward and afterward curve blades in centrifugal fans was carried out with a general program developed by quasi orthogonal approach. The influence of downstream flow field of the vane is considered to satisfy the cyclical condition. The calculating results of both kinds of blades are compared with each other and their features are analyzed.

本文应用准正交面方法编制通用程序对离心式通风机前弯和后弯叶轮的三元流场进行了计算,计算考虑了叶轮下游影响以满足流场的周期性条件,对两种形式叶轮的计算结果进行了比较,并分析了各自的特点。

In thes paper, some results obtained from three - dimensional Euler solution by using time - marching method and from the experiments conducted on a radial - flow turbine test bench have been compared and discussed.

研究了车用增压器径流式涡轮的前弯和后弯叶轮的特性,以揭示叶轮进口不同型线对其内流特性及涡轮变工况性能的影响。文中给出了应用时间推进全三元Euler解方法得到的叶轮内部流场以及在径流式涡轮试验台上测得的级性能参数,同时对不同叶轮的数值分析和试验研究结果进行了讨论和比较。
