superba (E1. decipiens) + Cl. japonica mixed forests with percentage of 1: 1 plum blossom disposition was an ideal biological fire belt structure with advantages of good growth, mixed effect and site acceptance. 6 different types of fire belt were presented in this paper.
To build biological fire break forest belt is an effective method for preventing the forest fire from spreading and for reducing economic lose. And,scientificly selecting fire break tree species and rationally deciding forest belt density is critical to build biological fire break forest belt.
Taking Heyuan city as an example,the problems exiting in the construction of fireproof forest belt and their reasons are analyzed and the measures to strengthen the construction are put forward.
