The MDFF agent under study, MD1, is an organic diammonium compound of analytical pure and the reservoir core sand is taken from production well X109 of Xinglongtai, Liaohe. The determination of MD1 concentration (in mg/L) in aqueous solution by using bromthymol blue indicator method is described and a linear relationship is observed between absorbance and solution concentration ranged in 10-300 mg/L. The adsorption on oily sand of MD1 from aqueous solution proceeds very fast and reaches equilibrium practically in 4 hrs at 25℃. The adsorption increases with increasing solution pH value fast in pH range 2-4, slowly in pH rang 4-9 and fast again in pH range 9-12 and from these data it is ascertained that the adsorption results from static electric intereactions and the nature and the amount of electric charges on sand surfaces are the principle factors in adsorption. The adsorption isotherms are of Langmuirs type and indicate monomolecular adsorbed layer formation; the saturated adsorption of MD1 on oily sand calculated accounts 13.04 mg/g at 25℃ and 12.68 mg/g at 40℃ and the adsorption heat--15.2 kJ/mol. The relative contact angle of gasoline on oily sand surfaces before and after MD1 adsorption is of 43.68° and 49.56°, respectively, and shows the weakening of oleophilicity or enhancing of hydrophobilicity for oily sand surfaces with MD1 adsorbed. Exothermic effect of adsorption processes and wettability change of oily sand surfaces might be considered two of the main factors in enhanced oil recovery by using MDFF agent.

分子沉积(MD)膜驱油是提高原油采收率的一种新方法。在题示实验研究中所用MD膜驱剂MD 1是一种分析纯单分子双季铵盐,油砂未洗油,取自辽河兴隆台109井。介绍了溴百里酚蓝为指示剂测定水溶液中MD 1质量浓度的方法,在10~300mg/L范围内溶液吸光度与浓度之间有良好的线性关系。MD 1在油砂上的吸附很快,在25℃下4h即基本达到平衡,吸附量随MD 1溶液pH值升高而增大,pH值在2~4之间时增加快,在4~9之间时增加慢,在9~12之间时又增加快,由此确定吸附主要是静电作用的结果,油砂表面的电荷性质和电荷量是决定吸附的主要因素。吸附等温线符合Langmuir定律,即为单分子层吸附,计算求得25℃和40℃时饱和吸附量分别为13.04和12.68mg/g油砂,吸附热为-15.2kJ/mol。在吸附MD 1后的油砂上汽油的相对接触角由43.68°增大至49.56°,油砂表面亲油性减弱,亲水性增强。在油砂上吸附成膜时放热,成膜表面润湿性改变,是MD膜驱剂提高原油采收率的2个重要因素。图4表1参12。

MD filming/flooding (MDFF) has become a new method of EOR. In order to deepen the knowledge of the oil displacement mechanisms involved, the surface and interfacial tensions, wetting capacity, and surface electrical behavior are determined and discussed for two samples of MDFF agent taken from MDFF pilot area at Xinglongtai, Liaohe: MDA100 as a 25% solution of organic diammonium salt MD1 and MDA200 as an 18% solution of homologue of MD1. It is shown that the two samples of MDFF agent have no surface and interfacial activity and are not surfactants; they can change surface wettability, converting a strongly waterwet surface of relative contact angle (RCA) in kerosene 4.2° to a neutrally wet one of RCA=89.9° and 88.4° and an oilwet surface of RCA=114.1° to a neutrally wet one of RCA=90.2° and 91.5℃ for 1 800 mg/L MDA100 and MDA200 solutions, respectively; they can change surface electrical behavior and the conversion of negatively charged surfaces to positively charged ones is observed with MDA100 or MDA200 concentration in solution raising from 600 to 900 mg/L for a lipophilic sand and from 900 to 1 200 mg/L for a hydrophilic one, that is, there exists a solution concentration at which the zeta potential becomes zero. It is concluded that the conversion of wettablity and surfac electricity plays important roles in MDFF, or, in other words, the strong adsorption of MDFF agent changes the properties of rock surfaces and in turn the situation of reservoir oil in favor of oil recovery.

MD膜驱油已成为提高采收率的一种新方法。为了深入认识其驱油机理,实验测定了从兴隆台油田驱油现场取得的两个MD膜驱剂样品MD A100和MD A200的表面张力和界面张力、表面润湿性、表面电性并进行了讨论。MD A100为单分子双季铵盐MD 1的250g/L水溶液,MD A200为MD 1同系物的180g/L水溶液。结果表明:MD膜驱剂没有表面活性和界面活性,不是表面活性剂;MD膜驱剂能改变表面润湿性,可将强水湿表面(相对接触角为4.2°)转变为中性润湿(1800mg/LMD A100和MD A200溶液的相对接触角为89.9°和88.4°),可将油湿表面(114.1°)转变为中性润温(分别为90.2°和91.5°)。MD膜驱剂溶液能改变表面电性,当MD膜驱剂的质量浓度由600mg/L增加到900mg/L(亲油砂)或由900mg/L增加到1200mg/L(亲水砂)时负电表面转变为正电表面,即存在一个zeta电位为零的浓度。这说明MD膜驱剂驱油时润湿反转机理和表面电性反转机理起主要作用,也即MD膜驱剂的强烈吸附作用改变了砂岩表面的性质,引起原油存在状态的变化,从而有利于原油的采出。表3参7。

The contact angles of various solvents such as water, methanol, alcohol, benzene and toluene on the Al2O3 powder surface were measured by an osmotic pressure method on the basis of Washburn equation. The new method is more convenient and accurate compared with the premier Washburn method.

在Washburn动态法的基础上,组装了一套渗透压力法测量粉体接触角的实验装置。在以往的实验中,测定固体粉末的接触角时是利用液体在由固体粉末所形成的多孔塞中毛细管上升的高度与时间之间的关系来实现。本文利用液体在管内粉体床中上升时压力随时间的变化关系来测定粉体的相对接触角,主要测量了不同溶剂(水,甲醇、乙醇、甲苯和苯)在不同的温度下(20℃、25℃、30℃和35℃)对铝粉的相对接触角,得到了满意的结果。
