本文从最优化原理出发,对工期—成本优化问题进行了深入研究;分析了工程成本构成、增量及其与持续时间的关系,导出了判断工程成本最小极值的准则;提出“同步压缩割集”、“最优同步压缩时间”、“工作成本标志变化率”和“工程成本同步变化率”等新概念,并给出相应计算公式;把工期—成本优化问题的求解过程,由传统的全过程压缩工期模式转化为确定最小极值模式,建立了工期—成本优化的新方法—极值法。
