For guaranteeing stable and uniform revolution of outer ring's spherical surface of insert bearing for the grinding duration, the relation between chucking force and eccentric value is analyzed,the eccentric value, variation amount of work's centre and the ratio of grinding allowance to eccentric value are calculated. On this basis the improvement measure of grinding techenology for outer ring's spherical surface is suggested.

According to the axisymmetric aspheric machining error feature, this paper analyses the parameters which influence the machining accuracy of workpiece, such as grinding linear velocity and feed velocity of grinding wheel in axisymmetric aspheric machining. And a new technology that controls the feed velocity to uniform the grinding removal quantity in axisymmetric aspheric machining is put forward. The technology can avoid the defect of the differential machining removal quantity existed in the traditional grinding...

The technology can avoid the defect of the differential machining removal quantity existed in the traditional grinding methods and improve the process accuracy of the system. The research results show that: The control method is aimed at the plane grinding wheel, arc grinding wheel and sphere grinding wheel commonly used in the aspheric grinding, and achieve good control effect all. New method of mathematic model is closer to calculating locus in theory. It can further improve the machining accuracy. The new feed velocity control method would speed up while the machining is from the fringe to the center, and the change ratio would gradually increase accordingly.

本文根据轴对称非球面的加工误差特性 ,通过分析轴对称非球面磨削加工中砂轮磨削线速度、进给速度对加工精度影响的条件 ,提出控制砂轮进给速度使轴对称非球面工件各点磨削量均匀的方法。该技术避免了传统加工方法中原理上固有的磨削量差异缺陷 ,提高了系统的加工精度。研究结果表明 :进给速度控制方法针对轴对称非球面加工中常用的平面砂轮、圆弧砂轮、球面砂轮 ,均得到了良好的控制效果 ;采用新方法的数学模型更接近于理论计算轨迹 ,可以进一步提高工件的加工精度 ;新方法进给速度由外沿加工至中心部分 ,进给速度逐渐加快 ;并且变化率也逐渐增大。

The manufacturing accuracy in grinding optical aspheric surface is not only affected by the factors such as machine,tool and the numerical control technology,but also affected by the measurement applied by the aspheric surface grinding system and the precision of measurement. In order to improve the precision of measurement,which have effects on the aspheric surface manufacturing accuracy,grating measurement technology and auto-focus technology of optical microscope are applied in this system according to characteristic...

The manufacturing accuracy in grinding optical aspheric surface is not only affected by the factors such as machine,tool and the numerical control technology,but also affected by the measurement applied by the aspheric surface grinding system and the precision of measurement. In order to improve the precision of measurement,which have effects on the aspheric surface manufacturing accuracy,grating measurement technology and auto-focus technology of optical microscope are applied in this system according to characteristic of the measurement, thus the measuring problem conditioning the manufacturing accuracy will be overcome.

影响高精度非球面磨削加工精度的不仅是机床、刀具和数控技术等参数 ,而且取决于制造系统所采用的测试手段和所能达到的测量精度。针对非球面制造系统的测量特点 ,将光栅测量技术和光学显微镜自动对焦技术引入环节 ,进而提高对非球面工件的测量精度 ,解决了制约非球面加工精度提高的测量问题。
