In the paper, a new concept and measuring method of effective clear field of photoelectric coupler are put forward. The instrument is composed of the mechanical parts of the old-fashion roundness measuring instrument of British Taylor Co., implemented with zero-signal apparatus, and fitted with new-developed electrical system and automatic rotating graduation table. The theory analysis and experiments for the instrument demonstrate that a less than 0.01μm uncertainty and a 0.0003μm resolution can be obtained. This instrument can assess four kinds of roundness automatically, display and draw the outlines of workpieces, print output, store 512 data points of roundness error of workpiece and proceed harmonic analysis of workpiece surface. It takes less than 30s to assess roundness. This instrument can graduate automatically and measure directly the workpiece roundness requiring superhigh accuracy.

本文论述了测头旋转式高精度圆度仪的设计及性能,该仪器的机械部分沿用英国泰勒公司老圆度仪机械部分,加装了零位信号装置,研制了电气系统及自动转位分度台,形成测头旋转式高精度圆度仪。经理论分析和实验验证,仪器不确定度优于0.01μm,最高分辨力为0.0003μm,能自动进行4种圆度评定方法的评定,工件轮廓显示与绘图,512个采样点圆度偏差值的打印输出与存盘,工件形状谐波分析。圆度评定的计算时间小于30s,仪器亦可进行自动转位,直接测量要求特别高的超精圆度工件。

This paper introduce a new way and the device to measure the rotate speed and the rotate point of the electrical machine. By this way we can get the information of the rotate speed and the rotate point of the electrical machine through measur a signal of zero-point and a signal of cosine. This way overcome the limitation.
