为了克服常规粘度计在测定扭矩时碰到的困难,利用叶轮粘度计测定了九种丝状菌发酵液的流变特性。这些发酵液均为拟塑性,大多数发酵液的流动特性指数小于0.3。庆大霉素发酵液的最大稠度系数达22.4Ns~n/m~2,但用少量水稀释后就大大下降。温度对丝状菌发酵液的流动特性影响不大,但取样后的放置时间则有明显影响。
