It was shown that, under the conditions of air flow of 0.32m3/h,HRT7.0 and pH 8.5~9.0,the COD degradation speed of chemical fiber wastewater was the quickest. COD removal rate could reach to over 93%.
According to the characteristics of chemical fibre wastewater , and on the basis of contrasting experiment of eight types AOPs technology , the thesis determine UV/Fenton process as the treat method.
Anaerobic Biological method is used to dispose the wastewater of chemical fiber in a reactor of 5L,the static experiment and the development experiment are used to study the influenceable factors:hydraulic retention time(HRT),concentrational fluctuation and stirring intensity.
A procedure was developed for determining p-phthalic acid in synthetic-fibre industrial wastewater by using the first-derivative UV-spectrometry. Under the optimum experimental condition, the correlation coefficient of standard curve r=1.000 was obtained. The standard curve was linear in the concentration range 0.05-10.0 mg/l. Typical relative standard deviation was 0.2% (n=12) at 1mg/l level. No interference was observed from other organic substance.
The experiment result of treating chemical fiber waste water with biological film technique A/O system shows that treating chemical fiber waste water with this system not only has stronger degradability to COD and cyanides, but also has better result of ammonia/nitrogen and total nitrogen removal. The volumetric ratio of anaerobic section /aerobic section is 1:3, the reflux ration of nitrate solution is 3:1, the system hydraulic residence time is 47 hrs. Ammonia/nitrogen removal rate form chemical fiber ...
The removal of heavy metals from industrial waste waters can be combined with the anaerobic waste water treatment.Hydrogen sulfide produced by sulfate reducing bacteria acts as precipitant for the heavy metals.Labscale investigation with a viscose factory waste water containing zinc resulted in effluent zinc concentrations of less than 1 mg/L.At the same time organic pollution is removed from the waste water.
