我国柴油组分构成中一半为直馏柴油,其余为催化裂化柴油等二次加工产品。有相当多的柴油组分未经任何精制即调入成品柴油。随着我国原油的变重和催化裂化掺炼重油等深加工技术的发展,柴油质量每况愈下。面对工交、环保的新要求,改进柴油质量势在必行,除了开发柴油加氢精制技术外,亦要重视对非加氢精制技术和改善柴油安定性和燃烧性能的添加剂的开发。

In view of the fact that the stability problem of FCC diesel fuels is get- ting more serious. A project to develop a additive for improving diesel's storage stability has been jointly conducted by RIPP and Luoyang Refinery. The results of preparation study of S-1202 additive, performance evaluation in laboratory, 200 liter barrel storage as well as commercial tank storage test and bench test have demonstrated that a satisfactory response in improving the storage stability of FCC diesel fuel produced from the heavy oil of Zhongyuan crude, can be successfully obtained by dilute caustic washing and then dosing with S-1202 additive. The dosed FCC diesel fuel has been tank stored for 3 months and then blended with a straight-run diesel fuel at the ratio of 1:1 (volume). This blend as a end product can meet the requirements of the specification for the first-grade light diesel oil.

石油化工科学研究院和洛阳炼油厂进行了柴油安定性添加剂的研究,经实验室研制、评定、200L大桶储存试验、工业罐存应用及发动机台架试验证明,采用稀碱洗工艺加入S-1202柴油安定性添加剂对提高中原原油重油催化裂化柴油安定性取得了满意的结果。罐储3个月的碱洗加剂催化裂化柴油与直馏柴油按1:1调合,产品质量可满足轻柴油一级品规格。
