The 93-day study indicated that liquid - fermtuted forage yeast is betler than solid-fernented forage yeast.

A mutant strain SM40-6 was obtained from Aspergillus niger S21 by treatment with 8 mj of laser irradiation at 266um for 40 seconds. Enzyme activity of culture filltrate of the mutant strain was 854μ/ml, which was about 2 times of its parent strain. The optimal medium consists of sweet potato and wheat bran (1: 4). and 2% ammonium sulfate. The optimal culture conditions are as follows: initial pH3. 5, temperature 30℃ and cultivation time 84 hr.

A kind of wide existing waste material wine dregs produced by wine distilleries was transferred into high quality feed and feed additives by way of inoculating microorganisms. Experimental results showed that the fermentation techniques adopted in this study were reasonable, the products had high protein content of 42.73%~67.75% and low lignin-cellulose content of 2.65%~3.12%, the number of active microorganism was higher than 3 billion/g, and the product had high biological activity. The quality of the product made by liquid fermentation was better than that of from solid fermentation, but it needed special equipment, more energy consumption, longer production period, and higher production cost. It was better to extend solid fermentation technique. Pig feeding experiment results indicated that, compared to CK, single cell protein feed had better effect on weight increasing, feeding cost decreasing, and economical benefit increasing.

通过接种微生物 ,使酿酒过程中产生的酒糟转化成高质量的饲料和饲料添加剂。采用固体发酵和液体发酵工艺流程都能够达到快速转化、提高质量的目的 ;发酵产品的粗纤维含量由2 0 58%降至 2 .6 5%~ 3.12 % ,粗蛋白含量由 15.53%增至 4 2 .73%~ 6 7.75% ,产品活菌数大于 30亿/g ;液体发酵产品的质量优于固体发酵产品的质量 ,但液体发酵需专用设备 ,能耗高 ,生产周期长 ,生产成本高 ,建议推广固体发酵转化工艺。饲喂试验表明 ,菌体饲料喂猪比对照增重快 ,增重耗料比下降 ,饲养成本下降 ,可创造较高的经济效益。
