The paper reports observations on a cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus (CPV) from Bombyx mori infecting Bombyx mori cells (Bm-N)by electron microscopy. 本文报道了马尾松毛虫质型多角体病毒(简称DpCPV)在5株昆虫细胞系,即棉铃虫卵巢细胞系SFE-HA-831与SFE-HA-8212、家蚕细胞系Bm-N、粉纹夜蛾细胞系TN-368和草地贪夜蛾细胞系Sf-21中的增殖。证明DpCPV可在SFE-HA-831、SFE-HA-8212、TN-368和Sf-214株细胞系中增殖。其中SFF-HA-831细胞能同时复制几种型混合的DpCPV;细胞的感染率在20%-35%左右,每个感染细胞约可产生50-100个多角体;感染细胞己传代20次以上;离体和活体增殖的病毒的形态、感染力和核酸带谱等特征均保持稳定。
