测量异步电机转矩的方法很多,但是各种方法不是设备复杂难于实践,就是不能获得足够满意的结果。在苏联最近的文献中,提出了用测量加式速度电机来测异步电机启动过程中转矩的方法,并认为此法是最好的,最有发展前途的。但此法要使用特制的大惯性和高灵敏度的示波器振子或者要使用复杂的直流放大器,使设备和测量复杂化,这就妨害了此法被普通地采用。本文所叙述的测最方法(即用测速发电机及带大空气隙的变压器的加速度法),并不是新的,大家都知道此法所用设备及测量都是很简便的。但是在文献中还没有看到对此方法是否能获得满意的结果及如何能获得满意的结果等重要问题,作过较详细的阐述,也没有看到过用此方法获得良好结果的例子,且常常被人认为是极不准确的不可取的方法。作者在对几种测最方法进行试验和分析后,认为此种方法是好的,文中对用此种方法如何能获得满意的结果作了较详细的分析,并举出实验结果的示例。

本文首先叙述多谐振荡器作用过程和设计原理;讨论了如何改进多谐振荡器产生出的短形波的形状。根据振荡管工作情况,计算出矩形波的周期,指出实测数值同理论数值偏差的原因。放大器的控制提出三种基本电路,即控制放大器的第一栅极、抑制栅极和屏栅极,对于这些电路分别试验。试验结果,前两种电路效果较好,最后一种较差。我们设计出一个新的四路电子换接器电路,用在普通单射线示波器上,能同时观察四个电的过程。此电路采用两次转换,第一次从四个输入信号取出两个,第二次从两个信号输出一个。第一次变换频率是200周与6千周两种,第二次变换频率相应为100周及3千周,能观察几十周到100千周的交流电压,圆形相当清楚。示波器扫描的整步电压另外接入,四路信号任何一路都可作整步之用。只观察两个电的过程时,还能当二路换接器使用,用“输出选择器”来选择。所设计的这个换接器的特点是电路简单,使用的元件较少,同时都是一般元件,没有特殊器材,因此组装容易,成本低廉。
