This paper introduces a new Computer-based method of calculating the maximum center distance coefficient Without undercutting for the spiroid gearing.The method simplifes the design of spiroid gears.Additionally, using another interactive programme,the mesh analysis is combined with the calculation of geometric parameters which are then rationally selected. Through the summary of a great deal of practical samples operated by the above programme,the influence of the main parameters of spiroid gearing on the mesh quality and the structure dimension is worked up.Then the suggestion on the geometric parameter selecting is made as the case may be.

本文提出锥蜗杆传动无根切最大中心距系数的电算方法,使设计简化。此外,还利用一种人机交互程序,把啮合分析与几何参数计算相结合,合理地选择几何参数;通过大量计算实例,分析了锥蜗杆传动主要参数对啮合质量和结构尺寸的影响,并针对不同情况提出关于几何参数选择的建议。

在天平元件设计中,天平输出灵敏度与刚度的合理匹配是要解决的主要问题之一。对于某种结构型式的天平元件来说,元件结构尺寸是影响天平灵敏度与刚度的主要因素。天平元件结构尺寸参数较多,对天平性能的影响程度各有轻重。因此,采用传统的设计方法难以全面地分析和综合各尺寸参数对天平性能的相互影响,更难满足不同的性能指标要求。本文在天平元件传统设计方法的基础上,应用正交计算设计法最优化理论提出了局部等应变梁天平元件优化设计新方法。提高了天平元件应变变形比,改善了天平元件测量梁的应变分布,保证应变片各处感受到相同的应变,充分发挥了应变片的感应能力。

本文提出了一种具有有源屏蔽的核磁共振成象(MRI)超导磁体的设计方法。主线圈和屏蔽线圈几何参数的配合应使磁场中的所有12次以下谐波完全消除,以满足MRI装置对磁场均匀度的要求。屏蔽线圈和主线圈的磁矩正好相互抵消,使离磁体较远处的杂散磁场基本消除,以满足对杂散磁场进行屏蔽的要求。屏蔽线圈径向和轴向尺寸的确定综合考虑了屏蔽效果、超导线用量、屏蔽线圈和主线圈间电磁作用力以及低温容器结构尺寸的影响。文章给出了一个设计实例。
