Results:The positive rate of BAG 1 expression in uterine cervical carcinoma, Cervical hyperplasia and normal tissues were 52.2%, 13.0%, 8.3% respectively, and significant differences were observed( P <0.05).
Results:c fos,c jun immunoreactivity was found in carcinoma of cervix and dysplasia of cervical epithelium. The positive rates in dysplasia were 70.0% (c fos) and 50.0% (c jun),in carcinoma of cervix were 56.6% (c fos) and 48.3% (c jun).
