The biosystematic relationships among Roegncria kainoji Ohwi, R. ciliaris (Trin.) Nevski and R, japoncnsis (Honda) Kong in the tribe Triliceac Dumortier were studied in the present paper by the methods of genome analysis and electropheregram analysis of two kinds of isozymes. The three species were all self-pollinated plants. The F1 hybrids of R. kamoji×R, ciliaris, R. kamoji ×R. japoncnsis and R, ciliaris×R. kainoji showed an irregular chromosome pairing in meiosis and completely no seed set; the chromosome pairing pattern was nearly 7 Ⅰ +14Ⅱ. The reciprocal F1, hybrids of R. ciliaris×R, japoncnsis presented a regular chromosome pairing in meiosis and very high seed set; chromosome pairing pattern was almost 7Ⅱ ; and no reproductive isolation between the two species was observed. The three speeies shared two common genomes (11 KK. or SS YY). The, zymograms of eslerase and acid-phosphatase isozymes in R. kainoji were, obviously different from those in R. ciliaris and R, japoncnsis; but no distinet difference was found between the latter two species. Large variations in esteras and almost no variation in aeid-phosphatase were observed in different populations of the Ihrcc species respectively. The evidences obtained from the studies supported the anthers' veiw that R. kainoji was an independent speeies, while R. ciliaris and R. japonensin should combined into one species. R. japoncnsis was treated as a variety under R. ciliaris. The combined name of this variety is Roegneria ciliaris (Trin) Nevski var. japonensis (Honda) Yen, Yang et Lu comb. nov.

本文通过对鹅观草属的三个种:鹅观草(Roegneria kamoji Ohwi)、纤毛鹅观草(R. ciliaris (Trin.) Nevski)和竖立鹅观草(R. japonensis (Honda)Keng)的染色体组分析和二种同工酶电泳酶谱的分析,研究了这三个种的系统关系。两个种均含有两个相同的染色体组。R. kamoji和R. ciliari、R. japonensis的杂种F_1减数分裂均不正常,不能结实;而R. ciliaris和R. japonensis的正反交杂种F_1减数分裂规则,结实正常,两个种之间无生殖隔离。R. kamoji的酯酶和酸性磷酸酯酶同工酶谱与R. ciliaris和R. japonensis有明显区别,而后二种的上述酶谱无明显差异。上述结果均一致地支持了将R. ciliaris和R. japonensis合并为一种的观点,将R. japonensis处理为R. ciliaris的变种。

The F1 hybrid showed a comparatively high chromosome pairing in meiosis, and very low seed set in nature. The zymograms of esterase and peroxidase of R. ciliaris were different from those of R. hondai in young root and young leaves. These results indicate that R. ciliaris and R. hondai share two same basie genomes (SY) and they are very closely related. The genomes of R. hondai could be designated as ShYh. The genomes of R, ciliaris and R. hondai are more similar to R. hondai and R. pendulina, and R. ciliaris and R. pendulina.

本文通过对鹅观草属的两个种:本田鹅观草(Roegneria hondai Kitagawa)和纤毛鹅观草(R.ciliaris(Trin)Nevski)及其种间杂种的形态变异、染色体配对行为和同工酶电泳酶谱的分析,研究了这两个种间的亲缘关系,杂种F_1减数分裂染色体配对数很高,F_1自然条件下具有低的结实率。R.ciliaris根部和幼叶的酯酶、过氧化物酯同工酶谱与R.hondai的酶谱间存在差异。上述结果表明,R.ciliaris和R.hondai亲缘关系很近,享有两个共同的基本染色体组,可拟定R.hondai的染色体组为S~hy~h。R.ciliaris同R.hondai间的亲缘关系较R.ciliaris同R.pendulina和R.pendulina同R.hondai间更近。
