The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentrations of natamycin on Saccharomyces cerevisiae 206# and Saccharomyces cerevisiae 303# were 9 mg/L and 7 mg/L respectively. High temperature would influence the inhibition effects of natamycin.
The tea-polyphenol(TP)and grape-polyphenol(GP)with various concentrations were interfused into the liquid medium,then the inhibition effect of the mixture on Helicobacter pylori was determined in vitro.
The result showed that the shelf life of milk was increased with increasing concentrations of SCN- and H2O2 at 25 ℃, the fresh period of the control and the treatments of 0.1 mmol/L, 0.25 mmol/L, 0.5 mmol/L was 19 h, 19.5 h, 21.5 h, 23.5 h, respectively.
The results revealed that the optimum conditions to degrease chicken wings were the compound method of enzyme and physical-chemical with the concentration of lipase 50U/ml,pH 7.5,38℃for 60min in complex salt solution of 0.2% NaHCO_3 plus 1.5% NaCl. At above condi- tion,the degreasing ratio of chicken wings was 60.81%.
The optimum technological conditions were as follow:the concentration of enzyme was 0.35 mg/mL,enzymatic hydrolysis time was 150 min,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature was 50 ℃,pH of extracting media is 4.0.The content of flavonoids the extraction liquid was as high as 2.94 %.
