The morphometric parameters of celluar rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) including two and three-dimensions were measured under image analysis techniques and morphometric methods. The results showed that the values of the morphometric parameters were gradually increased with the increasing of 131 I doses and in a good dose-effect relationship. Especially, the increase of RER volume density was more promirent than the others. Our study indicates that in the early stage, more attention should be paid to the RER injury under lesser 131 I doses, because it may impair the synthesis of the steroid hermone and the exogenic protein.

本文应用透射电镜观察了在较低剂量131I作用大鼠甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞超微结构的变化特点,分析了线粒体的变异发生率,并应四川大学研制的MIAS-300图像分析系统和用形态计量学方法,测定了胞质内粗面内质网的二维和三维形态计量学参数。结果表明:所测的各项参数都有随剂量增高而增大的趋势,并呈现较好的效应剂量依赖关系。由此计算的D25值和D50值,以粗面内质网体积密度的变化最为明显。提示,低剂量131I作用于滤泡上皮细胞,其早期应重视内质网的损伤效应,以及由此导致合成类固醇激素和外源性蛋白质的障碍

The Chinese crab, Eriocheir sinensis, was observed at different stage during its molt period. The results show that E.sinensis has one pair of Y-organs (YO), ovoid in shape, 1.5 to 2 mm in diameter, light milky yellow in color, lying under the ventral edge of the external adductor muscle of mandible, near the inner epithelium of cephalothracic carapace. The YO consists of anastomosing cords of cells separated by numerous hemocoelic sinuses. The cell cords of YO are composed of one kind of cell with a high nucloplasma...

During premolt stage the YO cells show abundant smooth endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria with tubular cristae and numerous free ribosomes, and these organelles arereduced significantly in number during the postmolt and the intermolt stages; the YO cells tend to degenerate after the post of pubertal molt.

以光镜和电镜观察处于蜕皮周期不同阶段的中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheirsinensis),结果显示,中华绒螯蟹具Y-器官(YO)1对,卵圆形,直径1 5~2 0mm,苍黄色,位于头胸部鳃腔前端,大颚外侧内收肌腹缘,邻近头胸甲内侧上皮。YO细胞排列成索状,细胞索之间为血窦,YO的细胞索由一种细胞构成,细胞核质比高。YO细胞具有类似脊椎动物合成类固醇激素的典型超微结构特征,蜕皮前期YO细胞的光面内质网、管嵴状线粒体和游离核糖体丰富;蜕皮后期和蜕皮间期的内质网、线粒体和游离核糖体明显减少;青春蜕皮后的YO出现大面积细胞凋亡,YO趋向退化。

It is vital for steroid hormones synthesized in the gonad gland,adrenal gland and placenta to the development and physiological metabolism of the body.In particular,its regulatory effect on brain functions has attracted more and more attention,as nearly all the steroid hormones can be synthesized de novo in the brain.This means steroids derived from brain and peripheral gland can modulate the physiology and pathology of the brain reciprocally and importantly on many aspects such as learning and memory,synaptic transmission,neuroprotection,neurodegenerative diseases(especially Alzheimer's disease),emotion,stress,and menstrual-cycle-linked disorders.In the present review,some new advances are summarized.

在性腺、肾上腺及胎盘组织中合成的类固醇激素对于人体的生长发育及各种生理代谢功能具有非常重要的作用,其中对脑功能的调节越来越受到人们的关注,尤其近年来发现脑组织自身能从头合成几乎全部的类固醇激素,意味着脑源性的和外周源性的类固醇激素相互协调,相互为用,共同调控着脑的生理和病理变化,如在学习和记忆、突触的传递功能、神经保护、神经退行性病变(尤其A lzheimer's病)、情绪、应激以及月经相关疾病中起着非常重要的作用。本文就这些方面做一综述。
