A new style of flexible focus variable mirror which is forced by piezoelectric ceramic is designed in this paper. Finite elements method is used to calculate the mirrors deflection and the deviation of surface shape is quoted to evaluate the mirrors imaging quality. When the maximum deflection is 9μm, the radius of mirrors curvature is varying from 610mm to 590mm and the PV value of deviation is 1μm, the relative deviation of surface shape is 0.3%.

The distance between the source and the hydrophone is revised by the spherical source's center computed by least-squares fit. Trait of weak scattering field is established. So we arrive at the conclusion that this device can scan an extremely near field of range less than one-seventh wavelength.

本文介绍用于近场声压的测量水听器阵中阵元水听器测量声压的可靠性检验方法和实验结果.提出阵元水听器测量球面波场中声传播衰减曲线与理想球面波声场中声传播衰减曲线对比的检验方法;采用了球面声源声中心测量值对收发距离进行修正的方法;实验水池中对线列阵上十元水听器在球形声源水池中进行了传播衰减曲线的测量分析;验证了基阵的弱散射性能.表明线阵可用于距离小至1/7波长的极近场的扫描测量。
