The germicidal efficiencies to 3 kinds of bacteria were observed comparing with disinfectants in common use. Results: The complex yield was 45% by the preparation method. The solution of 312 625 μg/ml chlorhexidine idoine complex could kill bacteria, sporangia, Candida albicans up to 99.99%, and the solution of 1 g/L could kill the activity of HBsAg up to 99.95%. The germicidal efficiencies of chlorhexidine iodine complex to 3 kinds of bacteria were significantly higher than those of other disinfectants. Conclusion: This preparation method is simple and with high yield. The inhibitory effect of the disinfectant on several pathogens is significant and with high efficiency. The disinfectant is of high clinical value. [

目的 :探讨氯己定 -配盐消毒剂简单高效的制备方法 ,并观察其对临床常见病原体的灭活作用。方法 :以氯己定为原料 ,乙醇为溶剂 ,在适当条件下制备氯己定 -配盐 ;测定了氯己定 -配盐对临床常见细菌、芽胞、白色念珠菌等病原体的灭活作用 ;并与几种常用消毒剂比较它们对 3种致病细菌的灭活作用。 结果 :本制备方法的收率为 45 % (以计 ) ;氯己定 -配盐制剂 (质量浓度为 312~ 6 2 5μg/ m l)可有效灭活致病细菌、芽胞和白色念珠菌达 99.99% ;质量浓度为 1g/ L的氯己定 -配盐制剂对 HBs Ag阳性血清病原体灭活率也达到 99.95 % ;其对于临床 3种致病细菌的灭活作用明显优于其他消毒剂。结论 :本文报道的氯己定 -配盐制备方法高效、简便 ,该制剂的消毒作用明显 ,灭菌率高 ,有较好的应用价值

Test tube method was used to measure the resistance of 5 strains of Staphylococcus aureus to several chemical disinfectants and heat. The results indicated that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of chlorhexidine acetate, iodophor and ethanol against 4 clinically isolated strains of Staphylococcus aureus and standard strain for disinfection test were essentially identical. The resistance of the 5 strains of test bacteria to heat was also essentially identical....

Test tube method was used to measure the resistance of 5 strains of Staphylococcus aureus to several chemical disinfectants and heat. The results indicated that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of chlorhexidine acetate, iodophor and ethanol against 4 clinically isolated strains of Staphylococcus aureus and standard strain for disinfection test were essentially identical. The resistance of the 5 strains of test bacteria to heat was also essentially identical. However, the resistance of standard strain to minimum bactericidal concentration of iodophor was slightly higher than that of clinically isolated strains.

本试验采用试管法测定了5株金黄色葡萄球菌对几种化学消毒剂的抗力和热抗力。结果,醋酸氯己定伏和乙醇对临床分离的4株金黄色葡萄球菌和消毒试验标准菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)基本一致。5株试验菌对热抗力也基本相同。但标准株对伏最小杀菌浓度略高于临床分离株。
