近几年来,一种新的研究领域即微微秒光电子发展起来了,伴随微微秒光脉冲的可利用性,一种半导体光电导装置可以具有微微秒的时间分辨.本文描述了我们研究的微微秒光电子开关装置,包括了它的光电导原理、结构、性能及在高功率激光系统中的应用,例如信噪比的测量、激光脉冲的简单整形等.最后,向对此领域感兴趣的科学工作著和工程师门提供了较宽远景.

Usually, the image resolution of SEM is good when the aecelerative voltage is higher than 10KV, and poor when it is less than 1-4KV, because of space charge effect, and the brigtness of electron beam is decreased rapid-ly. In thes paper, the distance between anode-grid of kyky 1000B SEM is reduced. In this case the image resolu-tion under low accelerative voltage has leen improved, as a resalt, the diameter of electron beam is reduced distinctly, and it' s brightness is increased.

通过对kyky—1000B型扫描电镜普通三极电子枪的不同几何尺寸、低加速电压下的束斑直径电子枪亮度、信噪比的测量,以及对低压高倍像的观察,探讨了观察低压象的条件。实验表明,在正常状态下加速电压低于5KV时,由于空间电荷效应,电子束斑点急骤加大;亮度急骤下降;致使图象分辩率变坏;S/N差,观察较高倍率很困难。对不同加速电压下缩短1000B SEM的阳—栅极间距离,使电子束斑直径明显减小,亮度提高半个数量级,使图象分辩得到明显改善。

An algorithm and a correction function for calculating SIR are introduced in WCDMA, the 3~(rd) generation mobile communication system. Simulation of optimized power adjusted step △ SIR in the process of the closed loop power control in M1225 multi-path fading channel is conducted based on the criterion that lower SIR is better than higher SIR at the same Bite Error Rate.

本文针对第三代移动通信系统WCDMA方案,提出了功率控制中的信噪比的测量算法及修正曲线;并在M1225多径衰落信道下,以用最低信噪比达到相同通信误码率为准则,对闭环功控中的功率调整步长进行了优化仿真。
