METHODS The quantitative analysis was performed on an Diamonsil ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase of 0.5%H3PO4water solution(The pH was adjusted to 3.5 by triethylamine)-methanol(48∶52),and the detection wavelength at 245 nm.
The separation is performed on Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) column with a mobile phase of acetic methanol-water(0.04% Phosphoric acid) =5:95 at waveleng of 274nm.
