Through laboratory test and industrial experiments with 2-high and 4-high plate mill, theproduction process for controlled rolling of 09MnNb steel plates and its appropriate chemicalcomposition were established. The controlled rolled 09MnNb steel plates produced by the addition oflow grade ferroniobium have high strength and high toughness. A yield strength of up to 10kg/mm~2higher than that of the ordinary 09MnNb steel has been observed. This kind of steel plates can beused for shipbuilding and truck chassis....

Based on the practical problem of the low-temperature impact toughness usually less than the standard requirement after hot rolling in producing 4C ship building plate, this article has studied the effect of technological parameters in rolling on the average diameter (d) of the ferritic grains of 4C ship plate after rolling; and also has studied the relationship between the ductile-brittle transition temperatures and the average diameter (d) of the ferritic grains after rolling.

本文针对武钢轧板厂热轧4C造船钢板低温冲击韧性有时达不到标准要求值这一生产实际问题,研究了控制轧制各主要工艺参数对4C船板铁素体晶粒平均直径的影响及其脆性转化温度与轧后铁素体晶粒平均直径d之间的定量关系.钢板的脆性转化温度越低,表征其抗冷脆性(抗冷脆的能力)就越大.实验结果表明:终轧温度及道次压下率是决定4C船板轧后铁素体晶粒平均直径的主要工艺参数;4C船板的脆性转化温度随d~(-1/2) 值增大而降低,其抗冷脆性及低温冲击韧性随d~(-1/2)值增大而提高.

本文根据拉伸拘束度的概念,建立了拘束度测量装置,对造船业中常用的铁研型、里海型、直缝型、H 型、刚性对接(巴东)型、窗型等对接接头裂纹试样的拘束度测量表明,H 型试样拘束度系数最大,窗型试样拘束度系数最小。相同试验焊缝长度下,铁研试样拘束度系数最大。同时,在某船船体大合拢建造过程中进行了拘束度测量。结果表明,在相同试验焊缝长度下,实船与铁研及刚性对接裂纹试样的拘束度相吻合。用切割释放应力电测法测量了铁研、刚性对接试样焊缝的拘束应力。结果表明,在一定结构型式下拘束度大小是结构拘束程度的判据。在二维应力状态下,不同结构型式的试样,其拘束度与拘束应力不完全有对应关系。
