The conventional logistic network is not suitable for Remanufacturing/Manufacturing(R/M) system. In order to solve the problem, the logistic network of R/M system was studied, and a location-allocation model for the logistic network of R/M system was presented. An illustration was given through a case study. The characteristics of the model were as following: the structure was a closed-loop network considering the logistic distribution of regenerative products and new products that can be replaced by each other...

在再制造与制造集成系统中,传统的物流网络不再适用。为了解决该问题,研究了再制造/制造系统物流网络的结构,给出了其物流网络的混合整数规划模型,并通过案例进行了分析。该模型特点是:网络结构为闭环网络;正向物流中统筹考虑再生品和新产品的物流分配,再生品和新产品可以相互替代。同时,基于Internet/Intranet/Extranet技术,探讨了对再制造/制造系统物流网络的运行具有重要作用的信息系统的组成。

The paper introduces the concept and characteristics of reverse logistics. Taking automobile industry as an example, it analyzes the reasons and summarizes the structure of reverse logistics networks as well as its design.

介绍了逆向物流的概念及特点,以汽车业为支点进行成因分析和逆向物流网络的结构及其设计综述。

Four classical reverse logistics network structures are presented, and a multi-objective linear program model is established, which describes the recycling reverse logistics as collection, transportation, repair and disposal. The model is characterized by a multi-objective function, with the components of economic cost, environmental cost and total number of disposal waste. A numerical example is given at the end as an illustration.

提出4种比较典型的逆向物流网络结构,建立1种逆向物流网络设计的多目标线性规划模型,把回收逆向物流描述为收集、运输、修复(或处理)和填埋4个过程,把目标函数表述为经济费用、最终填埋回收废品数量和环保费用3个部分。最后通过1个算例予以说明。
