A numerical simulation of three-dimensionaol viscous flow for 5 different short-S inlet ducts has been performed using fluid analysis software FLUENT.In the computation,hybrid constructed /unconstructed grids and standard k-ε turbulence model were used to solve the Navier-Stoke equation at 0.7 Mach number,0°angle of attack and 0°sideslip.The flow characteristics,total pressure recovery coefficient and its distribution,flow field distortion and Mach number,for the 5 ducts were obtained from the simulation.The results showed that for twin-bend S ducts,though the equivalent section is increased in length,flow separation is not alleviated and there is a bigger low-energy zone at the outlet that requires boundary layer control;for single-bend S ducts,relatively straightened S-shaped axis results in a reduced duct length ,but the 3.5 times diameter long duct could provide a better flow effect.

借助于流体分析软件对5种特定的短S形进气道进行了三维粘性流场的数值模拟。计算采用结 构.M非结构的混合式网格、标准的k-ε湍流模型求解三维Navier-Stokes方程。计算选用零迎角、零侧滑角、 马赫数为0.7的亚声速飞行状态。通过这5种管道的流动特性,即总压恢复系数及其分布、马赫数和流场畸 变,表明采用2次弯折的短S形进气道,即使增加其等值段的长度,也难以减缓气流的分离,且出口存在着 较大的低能区,应增加流动控制手段;而1次S形弯折的进气道,S形轴线较平滑,其长度可以大大缩短,但 3.5倍直径长度的管道可以获得较好的流动效果。
