本文对西宁地区172例正常孕妇在不同孕期的血清、羊水和尿AFP及β—HCG含量分别进行了放射免疫测定分析,结果表明:AFP在妊娠期的含量水平有着规律性的变化,母血AFP浓度在妊娠32周前随孕期的增加而增高;羊水AFP含量随孕期的进展而降低,两者有显著性意义。β—HCG在母血、羊水和尿中的浓度在整个孕期中一直维持在较高水平上。三者无显著差异。测定这些物质可了解胎儿在母体的生长发育状况,用以分析各种畸胎及异常妊娠提供了客观指标,对搞好优生优育工作具有临床实用价值。

经对101例药物中毒病人血液及其它体液监测结果进行了分析和总结,结果表明,其中服药自杀并达到中毒血浓度者80例(79.2%)。经分析确证,中毒的药物有7类19种,其中以安定中毒者占首位,43例(44.8%)。并认为体液浓度监测对临床中毒病人的抢救具有5个方面的重要意义:(1)测定胃液中药物浓度可初步了解服药量及洗胃的程度;(2),测定血中药物浓度可了解中毒的严重程度;(3)测定腹透或血透液中浓度可以了解该药的透析效果:(4)测定尿中浓度以了解病人的排泄功能:(5)辅助临床诊断。

为探讨人体合用时羧苄青霉素(CAR)对妥布霉素(TOB)药物动力学的影响,本文进行了TOB单用组与TOB和CAR合用组的试验,以微生物法检测TOB血和尿中浓度,证明两组TOB静脉恒速滴注均符合二房室模型,CAR可使TOB的T1/2延长1.20h,使TOB24h尿回收率平均减少53.18%,显示CAR对TOB的药动学有明显的影响。
