Cloud detection and atmospheric attenuation correction are the twomajor problems about using radiative measurement data in infrared at mospheric window channels of meteorological satellite to accurately retrieve the sea surface temperature. Some methods, which were used-and are being used now for cloud detection and atmospheric attenusti-on correction by the Global Operational Sea Surface Temperature Computation System (GOSST COMP) at National Earth Satellite Service (NESS)of U.S.A. are introduced in this paper. These methods or experiences are helpful for us to calculate SST using satellite measurements or to complete the similar computation procedure of SST.

The green index method and the single channel method are presented in this papr to calculate the Area of winter wheat with the NOAA/AVHRR digital data. The first one is featured by the use of the characteristics that the green index of winter wheat in a peculiar growth period is basically a constant. By selecting such a period, the total Area of winter wheat can be derivde from the area of Several sample segment. The second one uses only reflectivity of the secomd channel of AVHRR to calculate the winter wheat...

本文提出了用NOAA气象卫星AVHRR的定量资料计算冬小麦种植面积的方法,即绿度指数法和单通道法。绿度指数法是根据冬小麦在特定生育期内绿度值基本上保持为常数的特点,用几块巳知样地的种植面积,推算整体种植面积;单通道法是只使用AVHRR第二通道的反照率来计算冬小麦种植面积。这两种方法的优点在于不需考虑大气削弱的订正处理问题,从而使计算得以简化。

For the remote sensing of Sea Surface Temperature(SST)by

气象卫星遥感海面温度的资料处理关键环节是云检测(筛选晴空区)和大气削弱订正。目前卫星气象中心的卫星海面温度处理业务系统中,针对美国的NOAA 卫星是利用国际上普遍使用的红外窗区多通道法。对于中国发射的风云一号(FY-1)气象卫星,由于星载辐射计只有一个红外窗区通道能用于大气削弱订正,为此专门开发了单通道海面温度处理方法。文章介绍了两种方法的基本原理、算法和处理结果举例,并对两种方法的特点作了简要评价。
