Regeneration of NAD(P)H is one of the important limiting factors for earring out enzymatic synthesis and oxidoreductive reactions. Numerous enzymatic, electrochemical, immobilized chloroplasts and immobilized microbial cells methods have been reported, of the methods, enzymatic method has been usedin the industrial production as the principle of this method is simple and the reactor costs is not expensive. ImcnobiLized microbial cells is also used to regenerate, but the selectivity of the reaction is less than with enzymatic methods and their reactor costs more than the former. Although electrochemical and immobilized chloroplast methods are possible to use for regeneration of NAD(P)H cofactor, they have not been reported in the practical application as yet.

用海藻酸钙凝胶包埋辣根过氧比物酶制成固定化酶,以过氧化氢为氧化剂,进行固定化酶催化氧化去除水溶液中酚的实验研究.对于100ml酚含量为100mg/L的单一苯酚或邻氯基酚水溶液,控制条件为:3%海藻酸钠液30ml,凝胶粒径1mm,固定比时间1h,酶包埋量50u,反应时间1h,pH6及过氧化氢加入量2mmol,单一苯酚和单一邻氨基酚水溶液的酚去除率可分别超过80%和70%.对混合酚水溶液的处理,存在明显的协同效应.制备的固定化酶具有一定的重复使用性能.

The decoloring-enzyme characterization of isolated superior strain ND1 was studied and the enzyme mixed with anilinedegrading strain was immobilized to treat dye waste. The result showed that the decoloringenzyme degraded dye more efficiently under anaerobic condition with its optimum condition at 37 and pH7.0. The immobilizedenzyme had higher activity than crude enzyme with broad suitable range of temperature, pH and oxygen.The degradation rates of dye & aniline by mixed immobilization were higher than 80%...

本文对分离到的脱色优势菌ND1的脱色酶特性进行了研究,将脱色酶与苯胺降解菌混合固定化处理染料废水,结果表明,脱色酶在厌氧条件下对染料的脱色效果好,最适条件为37℃,pH7.0;固定化酶相比粗酶液有更高的活性,对温度、pH、氧的要求范围较宽;混合固定化降解染料,脱色率及苯胺降解率分别大于80%和90%。
