The characteristics of crude oils from the IPA extraction were:color Y70、R4.0,acid value 3.3 mgKOH/g,saponification value 192.3 mgKOH/g,and iodine value 130.7 gI/100 g.
It is indicated by the results that the extraction rate of nickel,copper and cobalt are up to 98%,98% and 90%,and the concentrations of valuable metals are up to 10~12g/L for Cu,13~15g/L for Ni and 2~3g/L for Co,respectively,under the condition of 50% solids concentration in charge and 25~30g/L total ions concentration in ammonia leaching solution.
