Objective To study on the diagnosis value of platelet- associated immunoglobulin G (PAIgG) and the platelet activation glycoproteins CD62P、GPⅡb/Ⅲa in the patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).
Result Positive rates of AECA in 168 patients with vascular endothelial cell injury diseases,including coronary heart disease,idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura,hemolytic uremic syndrome,pregnancy in hypertension,were 32.9%,22.7%,22.2% and 38.9% respectively,and ACA were 38.2%,31.8%,33.3% and 44.4% respectively. They were significantly higher than those of normal controls.
In order to study the positive rate of children's idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpure PAIgG,anti platelet antibody and the change of contents of platelet glycoproteins,37 cases have been tested by Solid Phase Platelet Immunoserological Assay for PAIgG and anti platelet antibody,The result is that the PAIgG positive rate is 91.89% and the anti platelet antibody positive rate is 78.38%, which indicates that the child patients have abnormal body fluid immune .
